After having a nice cool room on the ship it was a bit of a shock to come to this hotel which did cool the room down somewhat, but not nearly enough for us. And the bed was very very soft and the pillows quite thick, so I did have issues sleeping. A couple of other annoyances - like there was no desk to setup my computer on (there was a tiny little table but it was on David's side and he was using it for other things), there was nowhere in the bathroom area to hang a hand towel next to the sink, the only space in the bathroom itself to hang towels had them draped over the toilet, and the fridge was so cold it froze things (and we tried and tried to change the thermostat but broke it trying).
There's a convenience store downstairs (handy since there's nothing within a fifteen minute walk of the hotel, the closest thing being Disney Springs), and a microwave you can use.

The pools were very nice, we went in a couple of times, and went in the spa as well.
