All the staff were lovely and friendly. There is free parking on site (several spots along the street). The guest house is in a really convenient location - close to the station and a ten minute walk to the Passion Theatre. Our room had a beautiful view of the toboggan run and mountain west of town. The room is spacious with a small sitting room next to the bedroom. Small but clean bathroom, and don't worry that it takes ages for the hot water to come through - it will eventually! There is no fridge or cooling (although it was cool enough so that I didn't get too hot), but there is a safe. The bed was really comfortable with a firm mattress and a lovely feather doona (that I didn't need :) ). Breakfast was excellent. I would very happily stay here again!
