The room is very very nice (hotel quality nice) - clean, modern, comfortable, awesome shower, good air conditioning. A few little issues - none of them really dealbreakers but just stuff to be aware of. Even though on a map it looks close to the station, it's a good ten minute walk due to having to go all the way around. There's no lift to the first floor, so just be aware of that if you have mobility issues. There's no view, despite what the ads in booking.com say. There is a safe, but it's too small for even a small laptop. And there's no breakfast option despite being a "B&B" :)
