The hotel is in a super convenient location, literally across the road from the station, with bus and tram stops outside the front door. The reception staff were super helpful. Our room was quite comfortable, good air conditioning, and had an awesome view over the piazza towards the cathedral. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was clean and spacious, although the shower was a little awkward (easy to spray water over the bathroom). There is a safe, but it's too small for even a small laptop. I found the bed a little soft but that's personal preference. I would happily stay here again.
