We arrived too early for checkin, so I wasn't expecting to be able to, but the reception staff (the lady we had was amazing - super friendly and helpful) were able to find us a room with just a short delay. We had a city view room which was spectacular. The room was enormous, with a large, luxurious bathroom (although we couldn't find any power points in the bathroom). Wifi works around the entire shopping complex and all through the Gardens by the Bay which is great. The infinity pool and observation deck are amazing (although you can't go between them anymore you have to use the lifts and swap floors). Sadly the only breakfast options are around $50 per person so we didn't have breakfast here. This is the sort of hotel you go to for the hotel experience and to say you've done it. But it's very expensive so not somewhere I'd be hurrying back to, except as a special occasion location.
