Well for all my complaining, I actually had a pretty good day in Disneyland. The weather was great, lots of sunshine, but the best part - it wasn't crowded!! There were virtually no queues at all. The longest wait I had was probably about 10 minutes for Dumbo. I went on Space Mountain a few times, and went on the little rides in Sleeping Beauty's Castle which we didn't realise were there in 1983. Near the end of the day I did end up missing out on going on one ride a "4D" ride because I wanted to do the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, which I don't think we did last time, but I *had* to go on it because it was referenced in Jurassic Park. I think I would have preferred the 4D ride. So even though we were only there from 10am to 4pm, I managed to do almost everything I wanted to. And I didn't give them any extra money - not even for lunch!
The other thing about Disneyland is how morbid it is. I lost count of the number of skeletons in the place - it was full of them! And I wasn't the only one that noticed - a little kid in the queue behind me for one ride was asking her mum if this ride would be "scary". Weird stuff.

Checked out of the motel (we had to pay for two nights because Pete wanted to shower first before we headed to the airport). Got a shuttle to the airport and checked in for our flight. Then got a taxi to Pete's cousins - Laurell and her husband Ted. Chatted to them for a while, then went and had dinner at an Italian restaurant.

Got a lift to the airport and flew home. Had the fidgets on the plane which was very frustrating. I found it more comfortable sitting on the floor at the back of the plane, but they wouldn't let me sit there :( In the end I paced for quite a long time.
Luc was waiting at the airport for me yayyy (I picked him up some duty free Drambuie as well). We went into work and I downloaded all 710 photos to my work computer.
