Another fun puff pastry creation :)
Top with some tomato paste (this was about 1/3 of a little tub's worth)

Add some herbs

Cheese!! I would have added ham here too if there'd been any in the house. Mix of tasty and Millel parmesan here.

Roll them up. Again I probably didn't do this tight enough.

Press the lip shut so they won't unroll (as much).

Cut into twelve scrolls.

Lay onto a baking tray.

Add more cheese. You can never have too much cheese. Again just tasty this time.

Bake at ~175C for fifteen minutes.
