We had a 15th floor room, but sadly facing away from the city. No aircon to speak of either. There was a thermostat on the wall but it didn't actually do anything. Had to keep the window open all night to get any cool air. But that meant a massive picture window letting light in super early. Dinner in the restaurant was buffet style. Fairly good breakfast buffet.
