Feringastraße 2, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany
This was by far the worst hotel of the entire trip. It's located in the middle of an industrial area, so there's nothing of any interest around (including laundromats). At least it wasn't too far from the end of a tram line, so there was at least public transport. The room STANK of cigarette smoke. The sign on the door said no smoking, but there was an ash tray and matches in the room. The desk didn't have any spare power points for charging things, you had to disconnect either the lamp or the tv to get power. They wanted 10 Euro per day for wifi which I refused to pay. Reception were a bit useless when I asked about a laundromat. They said I could look it up. With what internet?? Apparently there was a business centre computer I might have been able to use, dunno if they charged for it. We had two dinners in the restaurant downstairs. Ok, but the waitress we got on the second night super grumpy about *everything* which wasn't very pleasant. Breakfast was somewhat mediocre. The only saving grace about the place was that I could open the window wide to cool the room down and slept relatively well.
