The other night Tony messaged me that there should be aurora visible, even from here.
So I looked out the back window. Couldn't see anything. In fact it wasn't really even dark yet. Plus we have a heap of city light. I took a few snaps on my phone anyway, and wouldn't you know it, there was pink stuff in the sky. So I pulled out the "real" camera (with the 24-105 L series lens because it's brighter) and got some snaps.
This was the forecast.. not super great from here.
Meanwhile in Canada..
