Connor gave me another one of his epic zucchinis, and last Wednesday night I cooked it up. I used the mandolin slicer to make spaghetti out of it.
We didn't have any mince because we hadn't been shopping in weeks, but I did have a bit of bacon that needed using up
Add a couple of tins of tomato, a tub of tomato paste, some leftover garlic from the club feast, and some herbs
Then serve with all the cheese
Yum!
