This was one David got at an op shop (I think). It was very green! It's Nong Nooch Tropical Garden in Pattaya, Thailand.
I can't remember where this came from, might have been from David, or maybe the Green Shed.
It was quite annoying to do though, as the piece cut was so similar you could put pieces in the place and they'd fit on all four sides, but then the next line wouldn't add up. Had to redo some of the grass a few times. The sky wasn't as bad because of the gradient.
There's a bunch of pieces in the wrong places here, can you spot them?
This one was in a break out area at work for the longest time, so in September I brought it over to our area to do. It took ages, because it's 1000 pieces, which is too many to spread out, so I have to hunt for pieces in the box, and I wasn't in the office all that much. Most of this I did by pulling out a piece, finding it on the box, and putting it where it should go.
This one @phonakins sent me in early December, but to my maiden name and no indication of who it was from. It was a mystery! Although I had an inclination of who it might be, and turned out I was right! I decided to get it done before Christmas, in case the mother type person would be offended by it.. ;)
It was titled "That's Insulting", for its content, as you can clearly see ;)
It sure was challenging! Just look at all those black and white pieces!
I pulled out the pieces for a few of the biggest printed words, but very quickly laid out all the pieces in their correct orientations and piece shape.
Sadly, what was in fact most insulting was the quality. They'd misaligned the vertical cut, so there were a tonne of broken pieces.
If I'd actually paid for this myself I would have complained to Aunty Cate for the poor quality.
