Sometimes I don't know why I bother
Spent three hours doing the support mail tonight. I know, I'm totally insane. But it was killing me seeing the queue so big (was something like 60 mails in the queue), so I hacked it down. There's now 8 new and 7 open.
I almost stopped when I came across this one though:
I didn't receive a reply to this in 9 days so im reforwarding this on.
I think your response rate to emails is very poor.
It's enough to make you want to cry. I still haven't answered it either. What do you say to something like that?
