The Britannia Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is where the majority of passengers have dinner. It's a big, beautiful restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed the fine dining experience there. We never had breakfast there, as the menu didn't really inspire us, and were quite happy with the buffet in Kings Court. We only managed to have lunch there once because normally we had breakfast too late to feel like having lunch at 12:00. The time we did have lunch there I was coming down with the cold that had been doing the rounds of the ship, and we were sat with three other couples that we didn't know, so it was a little bit of a strange experience. But dinners were lovely. We had the second sitting at 20:30 and sat with some Australians and a British couple. We had the same sommelier every night (Pablo), and the same two waiters (Carmello, and Katerina from Riga, except when one of them had a night off). I loved most of the food, and for the most part the serving sizes weren't too big (which is a good thing if you've been eating too much at the buffets all day!)
