Awake half the night. Hot. Feeling blah. People banging around in another room all night.
Still woke up before 7 though.
Got up and we got ourselves packed up and left around 9:05.
Guess what the weather was like? Blue skies and sunshine.
Guess which falls were open today? Minnamurra Falls.
Sigh.
We did stop at the giant turd at Robertson which has been repainted recently to celebrate the 30th annivesary of the release of the movie Babe, which was filmed around the area. It sure looks better with animals on it than a potato.
Other than that, just drove home and finished listening to The Curious Kitten at the Chibineko Kitchen.
So it was nice to get away for a bit. Except the weather was pretty crap for a lot of it. And everything got flipped around due to other people which meant we didn't get to spend the majority of time around Narooma like we wanted to. We really liked the place we stayed at in Narooma. Stu would like to spend more time there. I managed to reproduce a heap of Dad's photos, but there's still a lot more that we didn't manage to see. Came home to a punnets' worth of strawberries and a very hungry lizard!
