Insomnia Sux

Twice this week I've woken up in the middle of the night and not gotten back to sleep for *hours* - brain just would. not. shut. up.  Even meditation techniques - concentrating on breathing and chanting Go. The f@!%.  To sleep - didn't help.  Not only are you a complete zombie at work, but then evenings are wasted because you're too tired to do anything, and end up having to go to bed early.  Such a waste of time.

In other news, I went to the dentist this week after one year instead of twenty.  Yay me.
