Never fry sausages.

Especially not lamb ones that are more fat than meat.

Grill them or use one of those grills that lets the fat drain away.

Says she after spending 20 minutes cleaning up the mess they made.

Be careful grilling such fatty sausages under a radiant grill - the fat can spit onto the element and catch alight. That's even more fun than cleaning up fat from the stovetop and splashback... :/
