Especially not lamb ones that are more fat than meat.
Grill them or use one of those grills that lets the fat drain away.

Argh! A kitchen splattered with lamb fat! That's quite an image in my head to start the day with. :-)

July 1, 2005 6:30 PMBe careful grilling such fatty sausages under a radiant grill - the fat can spit onto the element and catch alight. That's even more fun than cleaning up fat from the stovetop and splashback... :/
