Actually slept ok! Well, once I got to sleep, stoopid restless legs. Looked at my phone at what I thought was going to be around 3, and it was 6:22.. winning!

Sunrise over The Nut
Leisurely start and out the door around 9:30.
It was a bit hazy but we went to The Nut first (after a quick drive down to the wharves).
Fairly large carpark under The Nut, but it was nice and empty when we got there. I'd hate to think of the queues in summer. $38 for the two of to go up and back on the ski lift (no seriously it's an actual ski lift). Stu's first time on one!

Me and Stu on The Nut Chairlift
At the top we had a good long anticlockwise wander around the loop circuit and saw a whole mob of pademelons which were very cute.

Wherein Stu went and got a coffee and I walked a third of the way back up the track to find where Dad took his photos in 1971. Got one, but the other (you guessed it) is obscured by trees.

Then down into Wynyard. Wynyard is the biggest place we've been since Hobart a week ago. It even has a Woollies!! We had a beer and a late lunch (only just got in before the kitchen closed around 14:30). I had pork belly and salad which was actually really good.

Picked up some beer and ice cream for dinner, although the ice cream was never going to have any chance of lasting till after beers, so we had those as soon as we got back. Well, after I put on a load of washing ($3 for a load of washing, $4 for the dryer).
So washing/ice cream/drying/beer/watching The Nut in the sun from the balcony/talking to the three bikie brothers staying next door/gps/photos/blogging.

Then just wasted time on the internet til bed time (21:00). Even though I have plenty of other things I could be doing. I'm hopeless.
