Between Port Campbell and Cape Otway we were stopped at roadworks and saw these two bicyclists also waiting. Stu thought they looked like The Wiggles because of their brightly coloured skivvies. What we didn't know was that we would also see them another half a dozen times the next day between Wye River and Anglesea. We kept stopping and they kept passing. Talk about the Hare and the Tortoise and slow and steady wins the race!
