Last night I decided to sleep on one of the single beds which was a lot firmer than the queen. And I slept a whole lot better for it.
Got up and ready, snackages for breakfast, then headed off around 9:30.
We took the Brown Mountain route, which I didn't think I'd ever been on, but Stu thought we had one time coming back from Bermagui. Sure enough, we had, in 2014!
I took a photo of the exact same house as I did on that trip too. Obviously what attracted us to it then is still attracting us to it :)

View west from the Snowy Mountains Highway near Bemboka. I took a photo in the exact same spot last time we took this drive because what an awesome location does that house have!?
We stopped at the Fred Piper Memorial Lookout. Specifically so I could get a photo of the clouds. Funnily enough, just another kilometre or two up the hill we broke out into clear blue skies. Silly really.

Just a few minutes and a couple of kilometres up the road and the clouds were all gone
Got petrol and Scottish Restaurant for lunch in Cooma, then home, arriving a bit before 13:30.

So all in all it was a pretty excellent trip (apart from the disappointments at places I'd been to before). God gave us amazing weather for just about all of it, couldn't have hoped for anything better.
I've downloaded the final days' worth of photos and GPS, and will copy everything to my main computer for processing. Quick stats though - 3645 photos on the Canon, 2713 photos on the iPhone, 3826km on the odometer :)

Glad you had a great trip, I've enjoyed reading about it and will enjoy seeing some of the photos when you get around to posting them. Glad that you also had a safe trip and arrived home safely.
