Kievs for dinner. Not that I felt ilke eating, yet still felt a little better after. Generally feeling like crap, face a bit flushed in the evening.
Saturday 13.9.25
Felt like trash all day. Not really nauseous, just not feeling well. Did a few little poos. We got Dumpling Inn for dinner, ate too much, whoops.
Sunday 14.9.25
Felt quite a bit better today. Even had somewhat of an appetite. Poo very blobby, and a bit painful (cramping). No coloyxl last night, maybe that helped??
Monday 15.9.25
Still feeling like crap, actually worse than yesterday, so took the day off work. A lot of gas but not much poo. Bit of pain at the back of my pelvis in the afternoon. Mouth feeling blerf. Irritated/watery eyes.
Tuesday 16.9.25
Felt a whole lot better today than yesterday (like night and day) so went back to work. No poo all day. Mouth felt blerf all day. Didn't drink enough today oops. Fingernails feeling a bit sore. The inside corner or my left eye sore from being watery all the time. Nose scabby again.
Wednesday 17.9.25
Awake for ages in the middle of the night. Nose is being dumb and getting blocked up, making it hard to breath. My fingernails are still sore.
Thursday 18.9.25
My guts are pretty gassy at the moment. New symptom: EPIC farts!! Like really powerful haha. Eyes are still watery (mainly my left eye). Fingernails still hurt a bit.
Friday 19.9.25
Left eye still very watery, still very gassy, nails don't hurt as much.
Saturday 20.9.25
Fingernails sore in morning. Left eye watery - lower eye lid dying blerf.
Sunday 21.9.25
Fingernails only a bit tender today. Left eye still weeping. Skin around it very irritated. Claratine no help. I'm getting a cold sore. Sigh. Guess that was only a matter of time, with my immune system being trashed and all.
Monday 22.9.25
Bottom left gum inflamed, maybe an ulcer, or maybe just food was stuck. Left eye still very watery/weepy.
Tuesday 23.9.25
Fingernails still a bit tender. Eyes still watery (mostly the left), Zyrtec no help.
Wednesday 24.9.25
Not much change.
Thursday 25.9.25
Not much change. Eyes still sore/tired/watery. Nail beds still tender - and getting a reddish tinge under them.
Saw Dr LH. Just a catchup, and got a new referral. BP still ok - 120/70 even after stressing about trying to hide my cold sore with makeup and running late, which was dumb cause I was going to wear a mask anyway).

Had some wine from my 50th at the club which was nice.
Sunday 28.9.25
Eyes maybe a little better today. Fingernails have a bit of blood under them. Stu is practically an invalid at the moment, in agony from his back. The extra mental load on me is not much fun.
Monday 29.9.25
Eyes slightly better. Fingernails still sore. My head has been a bit itchy the past few days, wondering if hair regrowth is starting.
Tuesday 30.9.25
Rinse and repeat. Took Stu to Calvary for an MRI on his back.
