Croc and Crab Tours. Included as part of the Outback Spirit tour (apparently it's quite expensive). I found the experience of trying to manage shelling crabs and lobster without dropping everything onto the sand incredibly stressful. But hey, at least it was all you can drink!

Creole pork cheeks braised in master stock, served with sweet potato mash and blistered cherry tomatoes. This was super tender and tasty.
Flame-grilled beef porterhouse steak served with confit chat potatoes, wilted greens and black pepper jus. This was a bit over done on the edges but not too bad in the middle
