I had a reminder in my calendar to book a bone density scan after our holiday. When I called them they said they had an appointment that afternoon! So I pretty much went straight over to CIG in Bruce. It was fairly quick. They take scans of a few vertebrae and your femur head. Mine looked to be in the "good" range, so that was nice.
