The Queens Room is the venue for several shipboard activities. Even at 7:30 in the morning there's something going on here (fencing classes as it happens!). In the afternoon they have afternoon tea, which somehow we never made it to. In the evenings they have receptions to meet the captain (once per cruise), and every night there's ballroom dancing. At least we assume it was every night, we only ever went in there once at night. Everyone on the dance floor evidently had ballroom dancing training, and we would have looked pretty out of place there with dancing skills whatsoever!
