Deck 7 is one of the main decks of the ship. Inside is the Kings Court buffet, Grills Restaurants, Carinthia Lounge, Canyon Ranch Spa, and Gym. All the way around the outside is a continuous promenade deck that a lot of people walk around, almost exclusively anti-clockwise, rain, hail or shine (except when excess winds close the outside deck completely). Three laps is just over a mile; two laps just over a kilometre. All around the walkway are deckchairs, which didn't get a lot of use on our cruise due to the weather. At the bow you can go outside and walk around the "Commodore's Cuff Links" - which are actually spare propellers they carry around, and can actually change them when in port. At the aft end is a designated smoking area, which is a little annoying as a non-smoker to have to walk through just to do a lap of the ship.
