Queen Mary 2 in Nagasaki

We arrived in Nagasaki on 25 March 2017, after passing under the Megamio Bridge and honking at all the people lined up on the bridge to watch our arrival.  Nagasaki has a well organised cruise terminal, and it's in walking distance of the city centre.  A full brass band and cheerleaders came out to welcome us :)

The next couple of pictures were taken from the top of Mt Inasa, several kilometres away across the other side of the harbour and up a long ropeway.

We arrived back at the ship around 20:30, after a very long day of sightseeing.

I sent my husband in first so he could go out onto the balcony to confirm our room location on the ship.
