I was feeling a bit lost yesterday. I had so much to do I didn't know where to start. So I had the idea to make something (ostensibly to use up a bunch of sweet stuff that's been in the pantry forever).
I only used about half the marshmallows, and a goodly handful of the coconut.
Mix all the dry ingredients
I had trouble melting the chocolate - I think because it was best before last year. Got there in the end though.
Then refrigerate to set. I didn't want to take it out of the fridge for the longest time, because with the Oh The Humidity it would have just gotten condensation all over it in an instant.
