The other week Connor made a batch of these and they were pretty good, even cold the next day. So bought some puff pastry last time we went shopping and I made these yesterday. They were epic awesome.
Take one sheet of puff pastry and spread vegemite on it.

Add cheese. I used a mix of regular shredded and pizza blend. Probably just use the tasty next time, it melts a little less. Also, probably should have left like half an inch at the end without cheese to make it easier to join up the edge to the next layer down.

Roll tightly. I probably didn't roll tightly enough. Move bits of cheese out of the way and pinch it shut so they don't unroll.

Cut into 12 pieces and lay on a non-stick baking tray.

Add more cheese. Because you can never have too much cheese.

Bake at about 175C for fifteen minutes. Yeah maybe didn't need all that extra cheese..

So good!!

As a side note: don't use the crappy "liner" paper you can get from your local shop. Invest in the good stuff people. Or even the Coles branded stuff. This stuff is $#!+
