Zac's Lego

Three years ago I got all of Jake's Lego and spent a couple of months sorting it all out.  I had a blast.

In September I got all of Zac's Lego to do the same thing.  Zac had fewer sets (only about fifty five of them) but on average they were bigger sets.  One had something like 1500 pieces!  So all up I think there was quite a bit more Lego to work with.

As with Jake's Lego, I first spent a lot of time sorting out the pieces into the different types (probably at least two weeks), then spent another few weeks assembling all the pieces for each set so that I could build them in front of the tv or at the club or whatever.

When it was all assembled it took over the entire dining room table (I could only just squeeze it all on), and then I took photos of it all.

And then I spent another few weeks pulling it all apart again :)  It all takes up two big tubs but I haven't returned it all yet.  I figured I could give it all back to him at Christmas and say "there, all your Christmases have come at once!"
