This backpack is a week old.  Eight days I think.

Hi there Kazza the blank lego spaceman. I just noticed this post and you are right, our packs shouldn't fall apart, and they don't as a rule,, but as all of our products are hand made, sometimes there will be a manufacturing error in a product. Clearly you got one with a stitching error.

However, as you probably already know, everything we sell is 100% guaranteed so just bring it back to any Snowgum store and we'll replace it for you! No questions asked, they won't even need to see your receipt! I'm guessing you haven't tried yet?

Yeah so anyway, the reason it was such an issue is that I was travelling overseas at the time. They offered to post one out to me, but I wasn't really going to be in the once place long enough to risk it. So in the end I just limped through for two months with it ripping more and more, and when I got home I got a refund. Turns out that backpack had been recalled. Must have had other people complain too.
