Gastro
So last night at 1:30am I had this sudden need to go throw up. So did that, had a glass of milk, and went back to sleep. Repeat at 3:30am. This morning I was constantly nauseous and decided it'd be safer not to go to work. Then the sweetie started feeling sick too.
Great.
So the two of us spent the day at home alternating between having to make messes in the toilet and lying in bed moaning. Yay. The sweetie was worse off than me - couldn't keep any liquid down :(
It would seem that we managed to get whatever Violet had when we went over on Sunday night. Kerry and Scott got sick subsequently too. Apparently the virus is doing the rounds of Canberra, Scott said their doctor had seen a bunch of cases of it. He also brought us over some anti-nausea drugs, Panadol cause we were out, and some toilet paper cause were nearly out.
I can't remember the last time I had gastro. Probably when I was in school...
