Better..

Spent most of today resting.  In fact I spent several hours in bed trying *unsuccessfully* to sleep some more. Grunt.

Got up and ready around lunch time then sat at my computer for a while before dialling into work to teleconference with the vendor of one of our problematic products.  

Tried again to sleep.  Failed.

Cooked a tomato bake with some potato and Batman chicken nuggets for dinner.

Started feeling better after dinner.  But now I'm in a dilemma.. do I go to work tomorrow, work from home, or just continue to rest/recover??  F1!!
