First up we have our ingredients:
Yup, that's right, four ingredients!!
Tomatoes (whatever your favourite is), olive oil for drizzling, basil and mozarella cheese.
So first up we chop the tomatoes up. Place face up in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for about an hour until the tomato is reducing and going mushy.
Top with chopped basil and cut up mozarella cheese.
Stick back in the oven (you can turn the oven off at this point) until the cheese has melted.
Be careful not to burn your mouth as you devour the nommy goodness :)
