Thai Red Beef Curry

Made this Thai Red Beef Curry tonight.  It was nomm!
Didn't put noodles in - we already had wayyyyyy too much for two people (leftovers, hurrah!).  Stu said it could have done with a touch of fish sauce for saltiness and a little sugar.  Next time :)

Another success! Stu is right, if you do prefer things a little sweeter and saltier, a dash of fish sauce and a pinch of brown sugar would go well with this one.

It's also really good served over rice, and it makes *heaps*.
