I swear I'm glad I don't have to put up with that group (or more specifically one of its moderators) for much longer.
Just had another one of my posts rejected. No reason why. I'm *guessing* that they don't like my suburb anymore (they used to).
Far out I'm pissed off. And I can't complain about it to anyone. Complaining is not going to get my message out, just hinder it.
I don't have time for this nonsense. Was hoping to get rid of some things this weekend, and now she's not likely to moderate again til some time tomorrow when it's too late for responses.
No soup for you! Frigging nazi.

Moderating Freecycle is a twatty job and in the end the only people tht seem to stick with it are mentalists (except Brissy, where there were some really patient soup nazis (but still a couple of twats as well)).

Hi Kazza,
was looking for the freecycle sydney central group link and this entry came up.
just wanted to say that i understand where you're coming from (as a seasoned freecycler). there are so many, many glitches. Please though, remember that the moderators do it for zilch and that the Sydney group is massive and must take up a lot of their spare time.
For every negative aspect of the group, there's an equally positive one and I'm so glad that freecycle exists.
Cheers.

Yeah I had some successes too.. managed to get rid of a couch and two tables, as well as lots of other bits and pieces, before I moved to Canberra. I'm all for the Freecycle idea, I just got a bit frustrated at the strictness of one of the group moderators..
