Pancakes

Dave blogged about waffles today.

Damn him!!

I not only drooled over waffles, but pancakes as we used to make them every Sunday lunch after church:

  • 2 cups flour (1 cup plain, 1 cup self-raising)
  • 2 eggs
  • 600ml milk (in the olden days a whole bottle)
  • pinch of salt

    Whip for ~3min
    Fry until firm, then flip
    Serve with sugar and lemon juice (or maple syrup or ice cream)
