My users keep calling me at 6 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Not with anything important, but just with things the think I might want to know about.
I'm tempted to turn my phone off while I sleep. Unfortunately, not long ago the entire network went down at 6 a.m. And I really do need to know about those events.
