I had my two best work buddies leave in pretty quick succession a couple years ago. One left because his wife graduated from law school and was offered a great job back where they both were raised in Michigan (and since she would be making more money, they took it). And the other one was fired a few months later. My work environment and personal enthusiasm levels still haven't recovered and this is nearly two years ago.
