This must be a pretty cliched shot (I'll know when I look at Theme Thursday after I upload this). I guess the only thing of interest with this cotton is that I've had it since 1986. Year 7, Home Science. We had to get some cotton for use with the sewing machines, and I got three reels. I think I still have all three of them somewhere, or at least two!

Yup I took it. I turned the flash off on the camera and used a halogen desk lamp for lighting. Then mounted the camera on the desk next to it and let the camera choose its exposure setting on auto mode.
