Christmas presents

| | Comments (3)

It's about that time of year when I have to start thinking about Christmas presents for people. I'm utterly hopeless at thinking up presents for people. I tend to prefer asking people what they want, and then just going out and getting it. Vouchers can be good, but are a bit of a non-event and I try to avoid giving them where possible.

I do have a wishlist going, but the things on it tend to be out of the price range that people would give as a gift. For example:

5-way power board with switches
filing cabinet
decent tweezers
new digital camera
john farnham best of cd?
fiddler on the roof cd
car cd player
dvd recorder

And a lot of them have been out of my price range also, hence I don't have them :) Others I've just never gotten around to finding.

Hey, my old car that I traded in had a CD player that I had installed only a year and a half ago. It is now sitting in its box again, with nowhere to go. (There was no way I was going to get rid of my car with an excellent CD player that I had installed!!!) I'd like to sell it since my new car already comes with one. It's a really nice Sony one. Are you interested?

I fitted a CD player, 100W amp, and speakers in my car for all under $200. It's now a way sick wog chariot.

You should go buy it all from strathfeild car radios. I went in the other day and the had a sub cabinet bigger than my boot with neon beat sensitive lighting for under $100. Now THAT'S cheap.
