The war on Baghdad began today :(
It seemed fitting that dust from a dust storm out west blew in over Sydney and cast an eerie brown glow over the city, as if even nature itself was saddened.
The sunset was actually whiter than normal, the sky was white instead of blue. It eventually got a little pinker before finally setting quietly.
I just hope all of this will be over quickly.

I posted on the subject of the Iraq war earlier, so I'll refrain from ranting too much this time.... other than to say that I think its for the best.
I sincerely believe that the people of Iraq will be better off once Saddam is out of the way. Do you really not think so?

Yes I think Iraq (and prolly lots of other places) would be better off without him around, it's just sad that it had to come to this.
And I think it will inflame the people who already hate America, and make them even more likely to commit acts of terror against the USA (and allies)
